How to cancel a Whop subscription

Canceling a Whop subscription takes just a minute from your account settings. Here’s the quick path on desktop and mobile, plus what to do if you can’t locate the right account.

Quick answer (web)

1. Sign in to your Whop profile
2. Go to Memberships: whop.com/@me/settings/memberships
3. Click your subscription
4. Select Cancel membership

You’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation and you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Mobile app

1. Tap your Profile
2. Select Manage Memberships
3. Tap your subscription
4. Tap Cancel membership

Can’t find the subscription?

• Search your inbox for “Whop Order Confirmation” or messages from no-reply@whop.com
• Check which Whop ID (email) is listed on the receipt and sign in with that email

No receipt? Try this

• Check your bank/credit card statement for a line like WHOP.COM/PAY/ABC123 and follow the link
• Note the Customer name there and sign in to Whop with that email
