How to cancel a LaunchPass subscription

Step-by-step: Cancel from the Customer Portal

1. Log in to your Customer Portal
   Use the Customer Portal link you received by email when subscribing, or request it by sending cancel to the LaunchPass bot in the community server.

2. Find your subscription
   If you have multiple subscriptions, click Login next to the one you want to cancel.

3. Open the manage menu
   Click “Click here” to manage billing, then open the menu (three dots •••) next to Update card.

4. Choose “Cancel subscription”
   Select Cancel subscription from the menu.

5. Confirm the cancellation
   Tick the confirmation box, optionally add a reason, and click Cancel subscription.

6. Check confirmation
